The revolutionary SperryLok polypropylene flush plate and frame plate stack can be operated at higher pressure-temperature combinations without fear of frame failure, meaning shorter cycles and improved safety.

The heart of the ALL NEW SperryLok polypropylene plate and frame filter press plate stack is a patented sealing system that ''locks'' the plate and frame together when the press is closed and under normal clamping pressure.

This unique sealing system allows a higher operating pressure-temperature combination than the standard Polypropylene flush plate and frame design.

The likelihood of the frame bowing and/or blowout with this new design is nearly non-existent thus safety is dramatically improved.

All existing feed and discharge porting arrangements and all existing fabric and/or paper media can be utilized with this all new SperryLok design.

Benefits

  • Operate at higher pressure-temperature combinations
  • Eliminate potential frame bowing/blowout that may occur with standard flush Polypropylene plate and frames
  • Improved safety
  • Reduced cycle time
  • Can replace cast iron flush plate and frames to reduce weight
  • Allows continued use of paper media
  • Can retrofit existing filter presses.
