Filtration Engineers and Filter Press Manufacturers
D. R. Sperry & Company has more integrated control of manufacturing than any other filter press manufacturer. We are, for example, one of the few filter press manufacturers that own our own polypropylene plate molds. Beyond basic manufacturing and engineering capabilities, we have our own captive foundry, our own filter media shop, a fully-tooled machine shop, and a complete research laboratory with complete bench scale equipment. We're able to test your filtration application, size the filter press, and insure correct application of the equipment. The vertical integration enables us to deliver your initial order promptly, to stock spare parts, and to completely control manufacturing scheduling. It also enables us to keep costs to a minimum.
